World Hunger Day: Meals on Wheels and local bank help feed the hungry in Langa

In an effort to feed as many as possible, Meals on Wheels has partnered with Capitec Bank to cook and distribute 2 000 meals throughout this week in the build-up to World Hunger Day on May 28 in areas that need it the most.

This is according to Neptal Khoza, Head of Corporate Social Investment at Capitec. âMaths is life. Itâs crucial to advancement. It allows us to be creative and think critically. Just as there are infinite numbers, there are infinite innovations we can unlock, with maths. We need to give our children that key. âMastering financial literacy can help improve quality of life and empower more people to be economically active. This lightens the burden on our government,â said Khoza.
