Reporter natasha, we are continuing to learn details about this case but what we have learned so far is certainly disturbing. Lets show you what the house looks like here on atlantic street. You can see that house thats involved is the one with the police car still parked outside of it. There have been there has been a Consistent Police Presence here all day long. We saw detectives go into the house not long ago as this case continues to develop. The 911 call came from the basement where a 13yearold boy and his 12, 10 and nineyearold sisters were locked in.
