For a decade, the Nelson Odeon welcomed a long list of acoustic, roots and Americana music acts to the stage of its rustic, nearly 200-year-old building at the “Four Corners” in the heart of Madison County. Now, a year into the Covid-19 pandemic, owners Jeff and Linda Schoenfeld announced they are calling it quits. They’re putting the building just off Route 20 in Nelson up for sale. It’s been closed, except for a few outdoor events last September, since March 2020.
