Less than 24 hours since chaos erupted at a Nelson Mandela Bay Shoprite branch over a manager's alleged racist messages about her black colleagues, the retail giant said preliminary investigations show the WhatsApp messages did not come from the accused woman's phone and they are working to get to the bottom of them.
