Oracle has replaced the executives leading the enterprise technology giant s $11 billion Europe, Middle East, and Africa (EMEA) business, Insider has learned.
Two top former EMEA leaders have left the company, according to a person with direct knowledge of the matter, and the region s executive vice president may change positions internally or leave altogether.
Oracle CEO Safra Catz in an email to employees viewed by Insider announced Oracle EMEA – which accounts for more than a quarter of the company s overall revenue – would be organized under the leadership of two new leaders, Cormac Watters and Richard Smith, effective Dec. 1. Both report directly to Catz.
