Neil Bausor joined Middlesbrough FC in 2007 as chief operating officer, having previously worked in the management of chemical companies including ICI. In 2012 he became the club s full-time chief executive after working on the job on an interim basis. He followed on in the role from long-serving Keith Lamb.
