On Saturday, officers on Darwen spotted a suspicious looking vehicle with two men inside. When the men saw the police they abandoned the vehicle and ran from the car. Unfortunately for them, they left behind several wraps of class A and B drugs, mobile phones and a few personal items. A spokesperson for the police said: Yesterday the Neighbourhood Taskforce have been in Darwen when a vehicle was seen with two males on board. Upon seeing the police vehicle the two males have abandoned the vehicle along with an amount of class A and B drugs, mobile phones and several personal items.
