Maui Arts & Cultural Center presents concurrent retrospective exhibitions of two prominent Honolulu-based artists, Marcia Morse and George Woollard, tracing each artist’s path by highlighting notable bodies of work throughout different phases of their respective five-decade careers.
The Maui Arts and Cultural Center’s Schaefer International Gallery will host two concurrent exhibitions, “Chenta Laury: Adaptive Frameworks” and “Holly Wong: Mending Body / Mending Mind,”featuring diverse fiber, sculpture and immersive installations that explore themes of identity and resilience.
Maui Arts & Cultural Center will present two solo exhibitions in Schaefer International Gallery that activate spatial potential through fiber, sculpture, and immersive installations. Chenta Laury: Adaptive Frameworks and Holly Wong: Mending Body / Mending Mind will run concurrently from Sept. 12 to Oct. 28, 2023. The gallery is open Tuesday through Saturday from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Admission is free.
