(PNA photo by Avito Dalan) DUMAGUETE CITY - The Department of Trade and Industry (DTI) in Negros Oriental and other government agencies/offices here are helping out the provincial government in holding the massive vaccination rollout against the coronavirus disease 2019 (Covid-19) from November 29 to December 1. DTI-Negros Oriental provincial director Nimfa Virtucio, in an interview with the Philippine News Agency, said a total of 16 personnel from her office, including herself, were serving as volunteers on Tuesday, being a non-working holiday. Only a few DTI personnel would be helping out in the vaccination campaign on Wednesday as the others would have to return to work, Virtucio said.
