Most of us remember her as Pooja from ‘Dil Chahta Hai’ and that unforgettable number ‘Woh Ladki Hai Kahan’ where she sashayed with Saif Ali Khan. But, there’s more to Sonali Kulkarni’s career than just stealing the show from Aamir Khan, Akshaye Khanna and other ‘DCH’ co-stars. She walked away with hosannas in ‘Mission Kashmir’ too, all while matching dramatic highs with the likes of Hrithik Roshan and Sanjay Dutt. And then she’s even held her own with powerhouses like Mammootty in ‘Dr Babasaheb Ambedkar’ and Nana Patekar in ‘Dr Prakash Baba Amte’. She’s never let the ‘Dusky Beauty’ moniker affect her outlook and in a career spanning three decades, she’s carved a veritable niche for herself.
