Gen. Daryl Bohac said Monday. Nebraska Gov. Pete Ricketts on Friday symbolically reopened Lincoln Air Force Base a Cold War-era Air Force base that operated where the National Guard base and municipal airport are now, according to the proclamation signed Friday.
