University of Nebraska-Lincoln Police has arrested a man after he allegedly sexually assaulted a women on a sidewalk on the University of Nebraska-Lincoln city campus last Wednesday.
The sharp increase stems from a student who reported being subjected to unwanted sexual touching by a partner an estimated 10 times while they were dating, police said.
