this incident happened as thousands gathered for a memorial day concert in front of the capitol building. rosa flores is here with more. what do we know? it is. the pressure cooker was found in a quote suspicious car west of the capitol building. now, officers on routine patrol noticed the unattended vehicle smelled of gasoline and found it contained a pressure cooker. that s within they called the in the bomb squad. authorities blocked local roads and warn the public of what was happening. we are investigating a suspicious vehicle on a nearby street. in the next few minutes, you may hear a loud noise as part of that process. after that nearly three hours later, the bomb squad succeeded in detonating the pressure cooker. now the vehicle s owner has been arrested and charged with driving the revoked license. authorities say the search and investigation turned up nothing harmful.
