It would be fair to say that, over the past year, our fitness routine has fluctuated massively with changing rules, regulations and lockdowns across the country. While we ve learned to adapt our exercise and figure out what works for our goals, one primary source of motivation has remained unchanged amidst the chaos: our workout playlists.
Each playlist, of course, is different. While some find respite in powerlifting to slow jams, others enjoy curling into a cobra pose with death metal blaring (yep, seriously) and, as Dwayne The Rock Johnson s own Spotify playlist proves, there s something for every workout.
