Judgment has been handed down in the case against the man said to be behind the burning down of the Brookside Mall in Pietermaritzburg during the unrest two years ago.
The trial of an alleged July unrest instigator who is charged with inciting violence that led to the setting alight of Brookside Mall in Pietermaritzburg has been delayed.
