The prime accused Bioinyaz, who is a native of Turkey, came to India 15 years ago, the Bengaluru police said. She got involved in the prostitution racket after her husband’s death.
Police also found that the accused, Suchana Seth, is a director of another firm in the field of machine intelligence, which was registered in September 2020 and continues to be active.
The Singapore Court of Appeals dismissed the Indian appeal stating that most of the issues raised in the plea had been addressed during the arbitration by the Permanent Court of Arbitration in Geneva and subsequently by the Swiss Federal Supreme Court.
