Supreme Court (File photo) MANILA - The Supreme Court (SC) has issued a temporary restraining order (TRO) against the Commission on Elections (Comelec) from enforcing its order dismissing the registration of Ang Tinig ng Senior Citizens sa Filipinas Inc.
