affordable for low income students. todd: i would say it is more affordable. reporter: rice university in houston, texas announced it would give scholarships to students for low and middle income families. those with family incomes under $130,000 will not have to pay for tuition. those with families below $65,000 will receive a grant to cover tuition and other school fees like room and board. that is huge. students with family incomes between 130,000, $200,000 will be eligible to get scholarships the cover half of tuition. the university says they want to do this to make education more accessible and help reduce student loans. that is a big incentive. we know a lot of kids graduating from school nowadays come out with a lot of debt. jillian: there is a, coded boarding process for one airline.

i can assure the public that there was not the kind of tampering with the boarding process that was a concern and will continue to be a concern going forward. the votes that were cast were counted and could wanted appropriately. we have not seen evidence machines being tampered. that assurance, i can provide. that does not mean that we find every single potential probe of voting machines all across the country. we paid a lot of attention to it and we work with state officials and etcetera, we feel confident
