“Today is about recalling the smiles, the laughter and joy our loved ones brought into our lives. They are more than victims as all of us know,” Kara Hayes, of the Suffolk DA’s office, said at the start of the 13th Annual Breakfast for Survivors of Homicide Victims.
Naythan Matos, 23, of Providence, was suffering from a gunshot wound when he was dropped off at a hospital around 8:30 p.m. Sunday. Investigators have determined he was shot 381 Centre St., police said.
