All Marylanders can now pre-register for COVID-19 vaccine
All Marylanders over the age of 16 can begin pre-registering to receive COVID-19 vaccine at one of the state s mass vaccination sites, Gov. Larry Hogan said Thursday.
Many state residents still aren t eligible to be vaccinated, but Maryland is opening pre-registration to the entire adult population in advance of an upcoming expansion of eligibility.
Hogan on Thursday also announced that the mass vaccination site at the Wicomico Youth & Civic Center in Salisbury will begin accepting no-appointment walk-ins for anyone who is eligible for a vaccine.
Maryland is currently in Phase 2B of its vaccination plan, which includes all residents over the age of 16 who have underlying medical conditions that could make them prone to more severe cases of COVID-19.
