“PRC Navy Ship Ocean Tug Nantuo-195 and PRC Navy Ocean Salvage & Rescue Yongxing Dao-863 have arrived in Indonesia, in Bali’s waters, on Sunday,” Julius told BenarNews, an RFA-affiliated online news service.
