Reporter too cold for kids waiting for a late school bus that never seemed to come for rose ellen eastmans 9yearold girl. It was colding colder and colder it seemed getting colder and colder it seemed. Reporter mom eventually gave up on the bus. We waited about 15 minutes and we werent going to let the kids stand out there. So we piled them all into a couple minivans.
