If you are driving to the bay bridge toll plaza you will hear slow, or you will see youll hear me say there is slow traffic here. About 15 to 20minute delay. Nothing unusual. No problems on the bridge. Of course, were looking at some of these other commutes. Traffic continues to move along pretty well on the other bridges. Commute on 80 hasnt completely filled in. A little bit slow past highway 4 hercules area and highway 4 is slow out of antioch through pittsburgh and bay point. Gets better over the hill in concord and 680 getting slow in pleasant hill. 24 still looks good from walnut creek to oakland. Monk, certainly experienced his share of hard times in the military at the hands of our government. And another person who should be up here with us is Navy Chaplain wes modder, who i have the privilege and honor of representing as well. And i know that chaplain would love to be here himself to tell you his story. Unfortunately he cant do that. But what i am pleased to share with you all that chaplain modder is sitting here in the audience, right here in the first row. And chaplain modder, will you please stand up. [ applause ] these two men put everything professionally on the line. Both had over 19 years of service in the military. Both risked all of that because of what they believe in. And to do the right thing. And you know, two last points i want to make on this, travis, is first of all, there is a lot of misinformation out there about what rights we give up when we join the military, when we swear the oath of allegiance to the constitution. We dont swear an oath to the president
