Nigeria Navy immortalizes late ex-Imo military Gov, Commodore Amadi Ikwechegh

The Nigeria Navy on Monday, immortalized the Late former Military Governor of the old Imo State, Rtd Navy Commodore Amadi Ikwechegh.
The Navy authority named a three-storey male hostel building at its Finance and Logistics College Owerrinta, in Isiala Ngwa South Local Government of Abia State, after the military Administrator, Commodore Ikwechegh.
The building project was executed by the Central Bank of Nigeria(CBN) through its Intervention Project programmes.
Extolling the virtues of the former military Governor, during the commissioning ceremony at Owerrinta, on Monday, the Nigerian Chief of Naval Staff, Vice Admiral Awwal Gambo, described Amadi Ikwechegh as one of the finest Hydrographers ever produced by the Nigeria Navy.
