PANELISTS Jeff Luse '09 joined Warburg Pincus in 2015 and focuses on energy investments, working with Zenith Energy, Navitas Midstream Partners, Brigham Minerals, ATX Energy, and Ridge Runner Resources. Previously, Jeff worked at Vestar Capital Partners where he focused on Financial Services and Diversified Industrial investments. Prior to that, he worked in the Financial Institutions Group at Credit Suisse. Mr. Luse received a B.A. in economics from Princeton University and an MBA from Harvard Business School. Honeywell on Tuesday (18
th May) said that it had received an order from Navitas Midstream Partners for the design and supply of the plant, equipped with refrigeration and dehydration units.
The plant uses Ortloff™ Recycle Split Vapor (RSV) technology to recover high-value ethane and propane from natural gas.
Cryogenic gas processing plants cool natural gas until the heavier and more valuable natural gas liquids form into liquids. These liquids, including propane, ethane and butanes, can then be used as fuels, fuel blending components and other valuable petrochemicals.
Commenting on the order, David Dickinson, Midstream Business Director at UOP, said, “Navitas Midstream selected this design because it combines the most advanced Ortloff technologies with the quality of UOP equipment.”

Honeywell announced that Navitas Midstream Partners, LLC has purchased a 200-million-cubic-foot-per-day gas processing plant from Honeywell UOP to extract natural gas liquids (NGLs) from natural gas produced in several counties in the Permian Basin.
Honeywell s solution includes design and supply of a UOP modular cryogenic plant with refrigeration and dehydration units. The plant uses Ortloff Recycle Split Vapor (RSV) technology to recover high-value ethane and propane from natural gas.
