The customers can avail the services through a menu-based chatbot that is accessible 24x7 on the messaging app. They need to scan the QR code available at all Hero MotoCorp customer touch-points or give a call to a particular number provided by the two-wheeler manufacturer from their mobile phone to make use of the digital initiative.
