Which ruled obviously that mark meadows could not have his case removed to Federal Court but that it should go back down to state court. Meadows is saying he could be irreparably harmed by this decision. He wants to appeal and have the judge put a pause on things while he appeals. If this judge doesnt do that, hes going to ask the Appeals Court to do that.
