Judge Manibusan receives 2021 Hustisia Award

Law Day is celebrated each year on May 1st as a day of national dedication to the principles of the rule of law. An important part of Guam’s celebration is the presentation of the Hustisia Award, which is given in recognition of an individual’s or an organization’s contributions to the improvement of the administration of justice and good government.
The 2021 Hustisia Award winner is former U.S. Magistrate Judge and former Superior Court Judge Joaquin V.E. Manibusan, Jr. who served the people of Guam for 25 years as a judge from both the local and federal bench.
