Late monday afternoon that the tightlyknit community had anxiously been awaiting to hear. At approximately 3 12 this afternoon, fbi agents safely recovered the child whos been held hostage for nearly a week. Reporter police say the boy was being held captive by 65yearold jimmy lee dykes after dykes boarded a stopped school bus last week, shot and killed driver charles poland and abducted the child. Held for a week in an underground bunker beneath dykes property, fbi said negotiations deteriorated within the last 24 hours and that dykes was observed holding a gun. At this point, fbi agents fearing the child was in imminent danger, e
