After losing her son in a tragic automobile accident in Rome, Gina Richardson has found comfort in the silver lining: her son s death helped save at least six lives. "The first thing that came to my mind was that Ty always wanted to be a superhero. And what greater gift than to donate organs, and you really are a superhero," said Richardson in a recent interview with the Daily Sentinel for National Donate Life Month. "You save people s lives. But the ultimate sacrifice was his. He did bring six people home for Christmas."
