In a message to reporters Tuesday, Health Undersecretary Maria Rosario Vergeire confirmed the latest move and said guidelines are being drafted. The Department of Health has yet to identify the number of children ages 12 to 17 years old due for booster shots. Earlier, National Vaccinations Operations Center chief Health Undersecretary Myrna Cabotaje said booster administration for the age group would start as soon as guidelines are released.
