A 57 year old carpenter who pleaded guilty to stealing a garbage bin on May 11, 2024, will know his fate when he returns to court today, May 28, 2024. The police said in a release that they arrested Junior Straker of Kingstown, on May 16, 2024, and charged him with stealing a blue 90 gallon garbage bin valued at EC$ 1,002.65 that belongs to the National Telecommunication Regulatory Commission.
