We will talk about when the rain moves in. The city of cedar rapids is content does is considering buying a local hotel for protection. This hotel sits along first street and f avenue a few hundred feet from the cedar river. The citys real estate manager says they have been in negotiations with the Property Owners since 2015. The city had an assessment done on the property for more than 5 million. The hotel was closed because of the recent flood threat. Now it will likely not reopened for business. We have a signed Purchase Agreement from the Property Owner that was being presented. It will be on the City Council Agenda for october the 11th. And it is recommended for approval, assuming that is approved, we anticipate closing the end of october. Because it is late in the season, the city expects to start demolition in the spring of next year.
