Taliban, their backers responsible for ongoing bloodshed, says Ashraf Ghani July 8, 2021 KABUL: Afghan President Ashraf Ghani in Wednesday’s meeting of cabinet in presidential palace said that Taliban and their backers are the sole responsible people for the current bloodshed and destruction in Afghanistan. International media reported that President Ghani denied any plan or intention for surrender to the Taliban and added that if Taliban plan to make Afghan government surrender, this will not happen even in hundred years. Ghani reiterated that the ongoing destruction of facilities and bloodshed of Afghan people is because of the Taliban’s violation. On the other hand, National Security Advisor Hamdullah Muhib also said that territory expansion by Taliban does not mean that they are welcomed by the people of Afghanistan. Hamdullah Muhib added that people are fully prepared to defend their territories and the Taliban cannot make them surrender.
