Isaiah mothershed made his first appearance in court yesterday. Via a video feed from the Woodbury County jail. The 18yearold was read his chars. Which include two counts of attempted murder and five counts of first degree robbery. Each carrying a maximum 25 year prison sentence. Mothershed was arrested sunday morning after a lenghty investigation into a string of robberies. Authorities believe hes connected to several crimes, including a Home Invasion where a special needs child was tied up and beaten while others were held at gunpoint. Judge todd hensley says, i would advise you now that you are not required to make a statement and any statement you do make can be used against you at trial. Jenna the charger dome in South Sioux City was reinflated today, after last weeks storm caused some structural damage. Nearly a foot of snow was dropped on the dome, causing it to tear. The dome is owned by briar cliff university, and is used as a practice space for the colleges sports team. For the safety of the student athletes, all activities were cancelled until its fixed. An expert was flown in from canada to make the repairs in less than a week. Of michael robinson, saying he buried him after the murder. At the time investigators said robinson was loretta dillingers boyfriend. Jerry dillinger was immediately sentenced to two life prison terms. But officials tell us they found him hanging by a bed sheet in his single occupancy cell around 11 30 last night. Staff immediatly began cpr. The effort lasted nearly an hour before dillinger was pronounced dead. The department of corrections says that due to the Ongoing Investigation no Additional Information is being released. Also new at noon, Missouri State trooper Anthony Piercy is was scheduled to be arraigned today in the death of clive native brandon ellingson. He way that and pled not guilty. A trial date will be set month. Ellingson died at lake of the ozarks in may of 2014 while in Missouri State Police Custody after being arrested on suspicion of boating while intoxicated.
