Allan Villegas Wheelchair and other rehabilitation equipment company National Seating & Mobility has hired a former parking and laundry facilities executive to be its new CFO. Allan Villegas has joined Franklin-based NSM after working for nearly two years as CFO of Impark, which manages more than 3,500 parking locations around North America. Before that, he spent nearly nine years Wash Multifamily Laundry Systems and about three years at Mobile Storage Group, also as CFO. In all, he has more than 20 years of experience working at companies owned by private equity firms. “Allan’s extensive financial background combined with his deep acquisition and integration experience to drive growth opportunities for industry-leading companies in a variety of sectors will be an asset to NSM,” said Bill Mixon, NSM’s CEO. “We are pleased to have him aboard.”
