Regarding cease fire. Cease fire, weve had cease fire for several years but we tweaked it a little bit. And when i talked about the Sheriffs Department earlier, what the cease fire brings together is not only Law Enforcement but adult probation, juvenile probation, the Sheriffs Department. The Sheriffs Department has a classification unit, that classification unit, they have control over what happens in the jails. So although someone who is arrested on the street may not claim to be a gang member or they tell their probation officer they are not a gang member, when they go to the jail, if they are a gang member they do tell the classification unit and thats one way we can stop the violence in advance.
