SOFIA (Bulgaria), December 15 (SeeNews) - Bulgaria s state-owned National Railway Infrastructure Company (NRIC) said on Tuesday that it has launched a tender for a 13.9 million levs ($8.6 million/7.1 million euro) contract for the upgrade of the tracks of a 10.5 kilometre railway section. The railway section connects Obraztsov Chiflik and Yastrebovo, in the country s north, NRIC said in a tender notice. The deadline for submitting offers is February 22. Bids will be ranked based on price, with 80% weight in the final mark, and time for completing works.
