Firefighters say flames were coming from the third floor of an Apartment Building on Waverly Place between sacramento and clay streets. Firefighters rescued one person who suffered smoke inhalation. Waverly place is shut down right now. Developing news of the east bay, all lanes now opened on southbound i 880 in san leandro after multiple cars were involved in a bad accident.
