Dispute is over his home and business, at Ingmanthorpe Racing Stables
It sits on land parcelled off from grounds of country pile, Ingmanthorpe Manor
Mr Kent and his wife bought the land in 2015 with plans to build a house on it
Mr Guest was allowed to stay until Mr Kent had finished building a house on land
