Police chief hank dewinski says finding a witness who was with the shooter, but trying to help the victim before running away, is now the focus of this investigation. Police say the special needs man was walking, with two caregivers and a fellow group home. Where some kind of argument broke out with a person in a car. One possible motive. The special needs victim enraged his attacker, because he has trouble communicating. School children, trying to get home, walked past the scene this afternoon.
