What was cosbys reaction in court today, aundrea . Reporter cosby did not have any comment when he walked out of court. This is shaping up to be one of the biggest trials we have ever seen. During the trial, bill cosby will face his accuser as the jury decides if the once beloved tv dad is guilty of Sexual Assault. Mr. Cosby, do you have a response . Bill cosby had no comment after the defense was dealt a big upset. Someone who has given so much to so many had his Constitutional Rights trampled upon. Reporter after three hours of arguments by both sides, the Statement Given 11 years ago are enough to send the case to trial. Cosbys attorneys wanted constand to be present and testify during the preliminary hearing. So they could question her. They hoped to get the case thrown out. This isnt a place to have a person that is a victim of Sexual Assault revictimized again. Reporter but constand will testify against cosby during the trial. Initiatives for these young people. Before all the fun of splashing and playing in the sprinklers, the kids learn the rules much the hot day. The sun is out. Its so hot, were going to keep on drinking, right . Everybody thumbs up. Little children never tell us theyre thirsty. Theyll tell us theyre tired. Little children can tell us when their cheeks are really red. Reporter parents are advised to have their little ones lathered in sunscreen. When its hot, hot, hot, we drink, drink, drink. Reporter their heat wave precautions include extra hydration stations. We have water coolers outside on the playground, and also water coolers here at the pool.
