Low income consumers need access to broadband. That unclear to me congress would be able to pass a support for directly aimed at low income users. This congress has not been particularly supportive of folks who are in poverty. The conversations that have been on the hill have been hard to decipher. They are putting the cart before the horse or they have not been a study to suggest that these are the drivers keeping low income people from adopting broadband service. Specifically targeted African Americans. A dramatic chase, in oklahoma, after the driver of a truck wouldnt pull over. And, it was caught on a state troopers dashcam. At one point the truck started going the wrong way on the interstate to get away from the police. Thats when officers made a decision to spin the car out. Officers bumped the truck, and pushed him to the side of the road. But the driver kept pushing g the gas. Even though he was trapped. When they went to apprehend the suspect, he started to fight back. When a second officer jumped into the cab, he saw the suspect reaching for a hand gun.
