Northeast Bank Reports Record Third Quarter Results and Declares Dividend
PORTLAND, Maine, April 21, 2021 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) Northeast Bank (the “Bank”) (NASDAQ: NBN), a Maine-based full-service bank, today reported record net income of $34.2 million, or $4.06 per diluted common share, for the quarter ended March 31, 2021, compared to net income of $1.9 million, or $0.21 per diluted common share, for the quarter ended March 31, 2020. Net income for the nine months ended March 31, 2021 was $50.1 million, or $6.01 per diluted common share, compared to $11.5 million, or $1.25 per diluted common share, for the nine months ended March 31, 2020.
