Two juveniles are charged. 14 people were killed in and around gatlinburg. More than 145 were hurt. 17,000 acres burned. Demarco morgan has the breaking news. Oh, god. All options available to the state when dealing with juveniles are on the table, including the possibility of seeking a transfer of these juveniles to adult criminal court. Law enforcement officials are looking for this man, Minguell Lembrick. A 30,000 reward is being offered for information leading to his arrest. Shortly after the shooting, a message on his Facebook Page read another life gone and not going to jail. Don champion has our report. Reporter gunfire broke out wednesday morning in the town of americus, about 130 miles south of georgia. An americus Police Officer and an officer from Georgia Southwestern State University responded to a domestic dispute. Gunshots were exchanged and the two officers were wound. Reporter police say 25yearold americus officer nicholas smar was killed and jody smith was critically wounded. Investigators identified 32yearold Minguell Lembrick as the gunman and offering a reward for his arrest. He is considered armed and dangerous.
