Decision. Bullard should have called for 75 basis points and he could have the job when powell steps down to spend more time with his calculations. I agree completely with bullard, his dissent on 50. Whats he thinking . Then i read his comments and said thats pretty smart it made total sense to me. On the bullard side, this gives you a sense of why its so reasonable i would be watching very carefully for any signs of a downturn. Of course, there are views on the other side as well, from the other dissenters i think the center of gravity, clearly the center of gravity on the committee is the second adjustment was appropriate. Thats right. Fed president jim bullard joins us here in just a moment josh got a cameo in that little mashup. Lucky you didnt wear the same tie. Some of my best work. Are in charge. Every year we bring up these debates because i have been active in this field for many years, the academic debate of elites, elites, i remember this 15 years ago, the elite had an idea like this, but he said that no one would take us over, sir, i made this up , someone took us seriously. It has not been delivered. Look , there have been supportive policies. No one denies it in different governments, but when it comes to action, ask them to support this elite. We didnt want to, we did this for ourselves, what do you do now, considering this experience , according to what mrs. Ahmadi has said about these problems, i am not saying that 0 to 100 will be solved , it will be reduced, it will reach a certain point, and then come with enthusiasm and tell me, sir. I have this idea. Yes, mr. Chronic civil war. You have aqap saying lets not beat up the tribes to try and maintain our safe haven. They just couldnt bring themselves to do it. They still use these oppressive measures on the local population. So i think that is going to be the key if they can hold remote territory where maybe there arent Major Population Centers for a little bit rebuilding, then maybe you might see Something Like irraqqa but its not raqqa a major population like mosul. Right now they arent going to be able to do that. That doesnt mean they arent going to be able to do it in five years, which is a concern. Dr. Ayari, i would be remiss if i didnt ask about events in libya on tunisia. Im curious if you could give us a sense in terms of what are some of the dynamics you see imminently threatening tunisia and what are some of the ones you think we should be thinking about longterm given that porous border between libya and tunisia. You mean the problem, deterioration of living situation . Thats right.
