Gbenga Sesan, Executive Director of Paradigm Initiative Nigeria, a non-governmental organisation that advocates for digital rights in Africa, has accused Isa Pantami, Minister of Communications and Digital Economy, of forcing a new bill to regulate the digital space on Nigerians.
