The National Heritage Museum is normally a place where people go to look back at parts of history. On Wednesday, it is becoming a part of history in a different way.
1,600 doses of the COVID-19 vaccine will be distributed at the museum Wednesday. This is part of the state s goal to get these vaccines cranked out.
Governor Kevin Stitt said in a press conference Tuesday, My goal is to get 2 million out the door before Memorial Day. So, I am trying to get 2 million out the door and get our summers back.
The Governor says the state is getting vaccines out within seven days of them hitting the state.
