Nurses working in the NHS in England are being asked for their views on having a national standardised uniform, in a move to stamp out variation across the health service.
National nurse uniforms were introduced in Wales and Scotland in 2010, followed by Northern Ireland in 2011.
NHS Supply Chain has now launched a seven-week consultation into whether a national approach to uniforms should be adopted in England.
