The National Grange, the U.S. oldest agricultural fraternity and rural service organization, opened its 157th annual conference and legislative session in Niagara Falls on Tuesday.
The event is presented by Rural Minds and the National Grange and sponsored by Janssen Neuroscience. We are also looking forward to introducing the Rural Mental Health Resilience Program next month. It’s being developed to harness the self-reliant and do-it-yourself attitude that’s common among many people in rural communities. The strategy is to empower rural Americans with educational materials and resources so they can become part of the solution to improving rural mental health.
